Competitors show a recurring-billing checkbox. We built the engine — idempotent weekly debits, a full ACH return-code state machine, dunning, and automatic shut-off, running in production and never holding a dollar of your money.
Bill on a schedule. Never touch the funds.
Each debit fires once, idempotently, against a standing authorisation. Returns are handled by code, not a spreadsheet — retried, dunned, or shut off by rule. Money moves payer to payee; our fee is billed, never netted from the flow.
The return-code state machine
R01 · NSF → retry on the dunning schedule
R02 · account closed → pause and notify
R10 · unauthorised → automatic shut-off
Settled → reconciled off the processor, not the store
In production
Running against roughly 70 customers across 57 linked banks, non-custodial throughout. Nobody else in the field ships this — they ship a checkbox.
